All that remains in our beautiful apartment. The good is the move is almost done. The bad is that I'm really going to miss this place.

A goodbye note from a most awesome roommate. It's sad when things come to an end, but onwards and upwards is the only way life can move if it's going to be enjoyed. Besides, he's not escaping us for that long if I have anything to say about it...

Yesterday was a sad day. We had to put down two lovely family dogs who were old and sick and just couldn't be cared for anymore. My boyfriend was very brave in making the call, and I think we did the only thing we really could do to ease their suffering. Rest in peace, Archie and Ria.
