A new cookie recipe I invented yesterday - spiced caramel chocolate cookies! The bottom part is full of cocoa and cinnamon and ginger flavors, and then I rolled them in powdered sugar and put a caramel kiss on the top midway through the baking. They're surprisingly good - a real interesting mix of sweet and spicy.
