These are some amazing little cookies that I first encountered abroad in London - they're called Petit Ecolier, which means "little schoolboy" in French, and are essentially buttery shortbread cookies covered in rich chocolate.

I give you my town's best donuts - they're specially made with potato flour and yeast, so they're nice and fluffy, and always freshly baked.  My favorite are the cinnamon sugar.
