Oh god, I'm in a show AGAIN. This one is called Crazy/Busy, and it's been the most fun I've had on a stage in a while. 33 plays, 55 minutes, and I act and wrote a piece for it. We do it in conjunction with this other fabulous piece that's actually going to Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival. Which, for those of you who don't know, is a big deal and pretty awesome.

My father is the backbone of my life in a lot of ways - he at once encourages me to fend for myself and always has my back, and I know he'd do anything for me, because he pretty much already has done it all.

Last night, I was working a catered event until very late, essentially acting as house manager/bouncer. At the end of the night, one of the caterers was sweet enough to put together this little meal for me. Happy of the day: random acts of kindness. Practice them.
